Compassionate Support for Life's Final Chapter

Gentle Guidance When It Matters Most

As an End of Life Doula, Honor Through Care provides a calm, compassionate presence for individuals and families navigating the end of life—always honoring the patient and family as the guide while we follow their wishes with care and respect. Honoring life, offering comfort, and walking beside you with grace—every step of the way.

Meet the Heart Behind
Honor Through Care

My name is Leah Wagner, and I am a certified End of Life Doula with a lifelong calling to serve others during their most vulnerable moments. I have spent over 20 years working in the Adams County District Attorney’s Office, where compassion, advocacy, and human connection were always at the center of my work.

After personally caring for loved ones at the end of life, I felt a clear calling—one I truly believe God placed on my heart—to offer deeper, more meaningful support to families during this sacred time. That calling became clearer when I heard a podcast discussing the “Silver Wave” of Baby Boomers and the growing need for trained end-of-life professionals. Today, I provide thoughtful, faith-centered guidance rooted in dignity, comfort, and compassionate care for those facing life’s final transition.
